located close to the state capital buildings, the downtown core and on the main Street Colfax.
Great location for the concert we did find a rat turd in the sheets
It was clean, efficient, inexpensive, and had good security.
Location and price - can't be beat for staying in/near Capitol Hill. Amenities and furnishings are nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet. Good value.
Limited parking. If you don't get a spot in the small lot maintained by the motel, you have to fend with street meter parking.
Cleaner and quieter than I thought it was going to be
Mix up about the rate being offered through Booked.net. Hotel did not honor request for room away from bar next door (request sent through bookingcom).
The room was fine. Within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum and 16th St Mall, which was important to us. The neighbourhood is terrible with many derelicts on the streest both day and night. It's right on Colfax and is not particularly dangerous.
It's a Motel, the staff is nice, the room is clean and it's near to Denver Downtown
The breakfast finished too early and it's not filled again. You have to be fearless to stay at this motel, because the neighborhood is dangerous and I don't suggest it if don't have a car.
Its not so far from downtown and close to markets, seven eleven and another places to eat... The room is clean and confortable, but really nothing in this hotel is fancy... Not bad to stay there if you dont want to spend a lot of money, it worths this price...
The neighboorhood really scaried me... Many strange people in front of markets in main avenue to hotel, every single day somebody asked for money... I had no problems with violence or pickpockets but because I think because im a man... I dont recomend women walking alone late around the place...
I did not like anything. The hotel was in a very danger area. It was noisy because there were several clubs around. In the morning there was plenty of beer can in all the corridors. In the lift somebody pee so was very disgusting. We also were worry that somebody could broke into the room so it was not very safe. In the city centre there was plenty of nice hotels that were just a little more expensive. We expended a lot of money on taxis because it was quite dangerous coming back walking in the night. So it really was expensive for what you get.
The price was why I booked there.
The motel is located right across the street from the venue for the concert for which we were in town. Awesome!
The cleaning chemicals used were extremely pungent, aggravating our noses. Maybe we got in just after they finished cleaning, I don't know, but it was bad.
The staff has always been friendly each time I've stayed here including this trip.
They had no TV service the entire stay.
I really like the location of the hotel, and the staff is very nice.
The cable was out for my entire stay and they kept running out of hot water.
came into town for a concert at ogden theater - econo lodge was literally across the street from the venue
We were in Denver for a concert. We were lucky to find that the concert location was right across the street. I could not have been more perfect.
